SQLite Viewer Pagination Step 4 Implementation Summary

Stage 1 - Share pagination controls through the result renderer

• Changes:

  • Added shared pagination-control rendering to the existing renderRows path used by table data and query results.

  • Added accessible Previous/Next controls, page position text, and boundary disabling.

  • Preserved existing row rendering, escaping, sorting, caps, and empty-result behavior.

• Notes:

  • Retrieval and page-state wiring are intentionally deferred to Stages 2–4.

Stage 2 - Paginate Explore tables data

• Changes:

  • Added table page state and local page retrieval with one lookahead row to determine whether Next is available.

  • Reset table pagination when changing tables and retained safe identifier quoting.

  • Updated the result message to describe per-page display limits.

Stage 3 - Paginate Run query results

• Changes:

  • Added query page state and local retrieval with a lookahead row for Next availability.

  • Reset query pagination when running a new query or selecting a preset, while preserving preset auto-run behavior and read-only validation.

  • Kept intentional limits inside individual preset SQL statements intact.

  • Applied the selected table column and direction before page retrieval, rather than sorting only the currently visible rows.

  • Reset table pagination to page one when selecting or changing a sort column/direction.

  • Preserved existing sort indicators and safe identifier quoting.

  • Added focused contract checks for shared controls, page retrieval, boundary state, sorting integration, and per-page messaging.
