Phone Site Development — Full-Goal Progress
Companion to Step 1. This is a scope tracker; the first slice has approved Steps 1–3, all eight local implementation stages complete, and an implementation summary. Live release acceptance remains pending. Later slices still require their own approved plans; this checklist does not authorize implementation.
Update with evidence and links as each separately approved release completes. Keep unfinished items visible across planning cycles.
Current evidence
First-slice implementation from
feature/phone-site-developmentwas merged into localmainat5ea06e8aon 2026-10-16, including the latest fetchedorigin/main, without conflicts. The merge was subsequently pushed and deployed; production and the separate assessment checkout reached61241c77during live setup. See the implementation summary.Merge verification: the full PHP suite passed (1,233 tests), and the 390px browser journey passed on the combined code (real OpenPGP actions, deterministic assessment responses).
Local scope includes signed request intake, bounded Step 1 assessment, clarification, revisions, revision-bound approval, private status/history, and failure recovery. Approval stops at the Step 2 handoff; later planning, implementation review/preview, and deployment/rollback controls remain unimplemented.
Deployment and Codex configuration documents installation, authentication, worker environment/cron, real-instance acceptance, recovery, and operational rollback.
Live evidence: Codex CLI 0.163.0 authenticated through ChatGPT; the configured cron worker processed a real phone request into clarification questions. The operator explicitly selected unsandboxed mode after host restrictions blocked both sandbox backends. See the setup walkthrough and resumption notes.
First-slice release acceptance remains incomplete: continue the full revision/approval journey and privacy, persistence, and recovery checks. Markdown output currently lacks rendered presentation in the interface. Keep the first item unchecked until the remaining acceptance evidence exists.
