Arrangement

The header shows avatar, name, status and counts, with a Message button where messaging is allowed. Today the message composer is a full form embedded on the per-key profile page only.

Threads | Replies is a segmented control, instead of two long lists stacked one after the other.

Today there are two profile pages:
/user/ilyag
(the person) and
/profiles/<slug>
(one key). They become one page. Each key is a row under “Identities”; selecting it opens the key detail.

Flow

Message opens the conversation (mockup 10) rather than a send-only form with no history.

Viewing your own profile shows “Edit in Account” in place of Message.

The agent profile says what it is (“Automated reply agent”) and hides Message.
