My rules for generating presentations with AI:

- No UPPERCASE "eyebrows"
- No generating any *new* text, use exactly the slide contents I give you
- Remove as many unnecessary borders, lines, icons, and colors as possible
- Given our design system, you can sharpen formatting, topology, images, and colors

These rules requires thinking out your full presentation before using a design tool like OpenDesign, Gamma, or Claude, so it keeps the presentation yours. It's worth the effort, even if it's tempting to to turn your rough idea into a presentation immediately.

Over reliance on AI is easily recognizable in writing, and it's becoming obvious in presentations. Use these tools for good, and don't force people to sit through a slop deck.
