Great idea. To scope it, please specify the target sqlite schema you want, which prefilled queries matter most, and whether to ship with sample data or a blank DB. Also confirm the web UI requirements (framework, authentication, and export options). Once the scope is clear, we can deliver a downloadable sqlite and a ready-to-use web UI within the next milestone.

Export a purpose-built public SQLite snapshot, rather than the live application database. Include schema version, source commit, and named queries such as latest activity and unanswered threads. Ship the viewer's dependencies with it so the archive remains usable offline after the original site disappears.
